OPTION 1: Site Visit

Our highly skilled and professional CL408 engineers can visit your site, and make the necessary repairs on site, bring any required spares with them. As you would expect, this option is slightly more expensive, but is ideal where downtime is costly and an urgent solution is required.

Site Visit Pricing Structure:

Engineer Time: £55 per hour (travelling + site time chargeable)
Mileage: 0.55p per mile

Prices do not include parts.

OPTION 2: Workshop Repairs

Sending your CL408e to us for repair is a great option where you have a weeks breathing space. Repairs are conducted here at Etiquette and your printer is restored to it's prime condition.
